effen Great time on the weekend!

To all the party people!

What a fantastic bright and sunny weather we had over the weekend! Pool party at my mate’s house; chops, steaks, snags, burgers; but the party only started after I arrived with a few cases of ice cold effen beer. Too many things happened yesterday and remembering most of it was a struggle, but it started with cracking open an effen beer and pouring most of it down the guzzler and some over the onion rings. The women were everywhere, and being a pool party, clothing was optional. The mood was perfect; bright and sunny day, beautiful women all around, great mates doing crazy things, sizzling barbeque behind and a smooth chilled effenTM beer to wash it all down.

As the sun started to go down and the day started getting a bit cooler, the party moved inside and another refreshing, cold case of effen was popped open much to the delight of the remaining 30 or so partygoers. Everyone was having an effen great time and speculation over me being the effenTM Great Bloke blogger seemed to be dying off as well.

At this point my mates and I started to get a bit crazy, just as expected. Songs started blaring over the stereo, everyone started throwing every other mate into the pool, and the party seemed to be an effen kickass one. With all the greatest mates in the world in one house and loads of effen beer to keep us going, it was always going to be awesome. Another mate, being the hero he is, even managed to get the esky floating in the pool and that is where we basically spent the rest of the night.

I crashed on the couch and woke up the next morning to find the house just the way it should be – evidence of an effen amazing night. Someone conveniently stacked the effen stubbies together on the floor, but that was the only welcoming sight. Being the effen Great mate I am, helping out was something that had to be done, and it only took half the day (reminded myself why I never did cleaning in the first place). We left the empty effen stubbies as they were to remind us of a great party and the many upcoming parties now that summer is here.
